This was a medium size 1920's renovation project, with a renovated bathroom, driveway, spa pool, outdoor living area, roof and weatherboards, in the popular area of Hamilton Lake.

12.5% weekly percentage of rental income covers all property management related costs including flat inspections, arranging maintenance, inspections, new tenant placement, trademe listings costs and all associated paperwork and tenant management. Additional costs incurred by the property such as maintenance (contractor charges), repairs, renovations and tax advice are not included in the scope of our services.
Holding a Bachelor of Hotel Management and a Member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand, Rex has over 15 years management and governance experience, including General Manager and National Operations Manager roles. Rex is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport in New Zealand, holds a Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management and has previously worked as a Property Manager for 10 years.
Dr Foo holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery and a Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry) from Otago University, and grew up in Singapore and Malaysia before immigrating to New Zealand. Fluent in English and Chinese, Dr Foo provides valuable governance oversight and support to the team.
